Robin C. Slattery is an associate attorney at Sefton Kelly Family Law. Robin’s practice is concentrated exclusively in the area of family law, including child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, asset division, and litigation. Robin also represents clients in premarital and postnuptial agreements.

A constant, calming force for her clients, Robin is devoted to putting the strongest case forward for her clients. Robin provides compassionate counsel to navigate her clients through what is often the most stressful time in their life while remaining focused on their individual goals for resolution. Robin ensures that her clients understand the process and all of their options for resolution. Robin is committed to helping her clients begin their next chapter.

Robin received her bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana University and her juris doctor from DePaul University College of Law, where she earned a competitive spot on the Moot Court Society and found her passion for family law.

After graduating from law school, Robin began her practice in DuPage County working for a firm and exclusively focused on family law. Robin took a hiatus from practicing family law to raise her four children and is well versed in the challenges and rewards inherent in family life. Robin also served her community through her work at DuPage Legal Aid, where she represented hundreds of clients in domestic violence, stalking and family law matters.

Robin continues her service to others as a member of the board of directors of the DuPage Legal Aid Foundation. Robin is also passionate about children and has represented children’s interests in family law cases as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem.

A Naperville resident for more than 25 years, Robin enjoys spending time with her adult and almost-adult children, extended family, and many life-long friends.
