Event Description

Most Americans do not think sexual harassment could possibly be a problem in their own workplace – though, according to a recent NBC News poll, everyone knows it is pretty much happening everywhere. We are in the midst of a national conversation about sexual harassment; particularly in the workplace. Sexual harassment, especially when it’s happening to you or around you, isn’t always so clear-cut and obvious and there is still some confusion over when a line has been crossed.

In this presentation hosted by the Naperville Chamber of Commerce, a panel including our very own Leah Setzen, will help define what constitutes harassment, some subtle signs that sexual harassment exists in your workplace, what you should do when situations rise to the level of violating the law, and how to create a workplace culture that does not tolerate harassment.
